Statement on the coronavirus

In order to protect our employees and ensure customer supply, we very quickly implemented an effective set of measures as soon as the situation arose.

As a result, we have so far been able to guarantee the supply of our customers in the usual reliable manner.

Due to the extraordinary situation imposed throughout Switzerland by the Federal Council on 16 March 2020, the RHIAG stores in Baar and Echallens will remain closed. However, collection without personal assistance remains possible. Orders and advice by telephone or online are still guaranteed. We ask our customers for their understanding.

A centrally established RHIAG LKQ crisis team checks the supply chain and the level of illness of our employees on a daily basis. In addition, there are restrictions on travel, meetings are increasingly being conducted virtually, all events have been postponed, and more work is allowed to be done from home. In case of suspected cases of employee illness, the medically suggested measures such as quarantine apply.

Please understand that visits by the sales representatives are now only possible by notice in advance over the phone and should be kept as short as possible.

We all hope that this difficult situation will be under control throughout Europe and the world and that life will return to normality everywhere.
